| Directions | Adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Definitely decreases sensitivity to hot and cold.
I use it because teeth are sensitive to heat/cold. It makes a big difference. In the past I ran out of sensodyne and teeth became very sensitive. I began using itvagsin and sensitivity decreased significantly.
