Good solid machine with excellent features.  Only a couple of negatives - fans are a little loud and machine itself is heavy.

Love my machine!

For me prob should have just got the basic treadmill but it is great. It’s so quiet and love the size and walking space on it. Got a great deal on it at Sam’s.

Was a great price!

Instructions were easy to follow, but the unit is heavy and you will need a hand throughout the process. After setup, the actual treadmill performed very well and was incredibly stable. I like the layout and overall design. BUT...(there's always a but). I had to contact customer service at ICON.iFit due to a damaged screen the day I finished the assembly. The primary reason I upgraded was to have the larger, 14" screen. After three attempts with one response, I gave up after two weeks and returned the unit back to my local Sam's Club. They are 100% the best and willing to accept any return (as long as they are within their posted guidelines). I tried to give ICON.iFit the chance to send out a new screen, but I have still yet to have a follow up from them.

Nice design, poor iFit customer service

Seemingly well built.  Took about 2 hours to assemble.  Heavy. You will need at least 2 to carry it.  The screen should have the ability to download apps to enable to watch TV, but instead it is a dedicated screen. The monthly membership is too pricey to unlock all of the features.  Fortunately it can operate without the membership.   Has an incline but resets after each use.  I would prefer to set it at a specific height, and keep it there. The incline adjustment is VERY noisey.  It is a good machine, but for just walking without the extra bells and whistles, get something less expensive.

Great deal from Sam's, including free shipping.  Was a BEAST to unbox/assemble. Holes for console did not line  up evenly like the should=frustrating. 4 screws that came with it would NOT fit where instructions said they would,  believe me I tripled checked.  Luckily I have spare, loose screws in the toolbox. By miracle I somehow found 4 that fit perfectly. Had I not found those, the assembly would have grinded to a halt. Once assembled is a pretty solid machine despite the cheap plastic areas.  Now, the iFit pricing. Obviously some have discretionary money to blow $40/month on (yet another) subscription, no way here. Another review said  you use the machine's "free, limited" workouts  by not logging in click "browser", well it's actually 'browse" on the screen, then it said click on "included workouts". Checked all the menu choices, no such thing as "included workouts" for a choice. And no way to steam other apps on the screen? Very greedy on ProFit's part. Anyway,  we'll end up just hanging a smart TV in the room & go that route. Other than the above issues,  seems decent,  time will tell.  Glad I got the warranty too.

Get ready to get gouged with the iFit subscription

Screen is good but not as good as I expected. I wish I buy the one without screen. I do not need those trainer. The machine force me to follow these trainer in order I can use this machine. I want return it just because that reason . I  want to talk to Sam’s presentative or Proform manufacturer’s advisor. This is my bad choice

Not work as expected

The machine takes forever to start.  To get desitñred workouts you must connect to wifi.  I had an older proform machine and i thought it was better.

Pooorly designed treadmill

Bought it from Sam's Club. The one touch control panel does not align with the holes on the hand rail.  Still not able assemble the unit and use it.

Difficult to assemble.

The treadmill itself is good and works great.  When unpacking found a plastic corner busted and a gouge thru 2 pieces of the top plastic shroud. Got in touch with customer service and they said they would send new parts, payed a lot of money for this and they want me to fix it !
A couple weeks later got a text that said package was delivered, but not here ! They told me it was marked as delivered by mistake. A week later found it 1 mile down the road setting next to a log on a lane going to a summer home that was clearly marked by name and address of someone else on the mail box.  Got the box home and found that 2 out of the three parts were sent !  Been 6 weeks now and still waiting for the parts to repair machine !
Not real happy at this point, should have returned it !!
