This pre-built kit is best for kids who just want to decorate. Anyone who has done this knows small kids can't icing-glue walls together without lots of failure, crying, and drama.

I bought two different prebuilt kits, one from Sam's and one from a different store. The difference in quality was amazing. The one from Sam's had much better quality icing and a larger selection of decorative candies. Will definitely be buying this again next year, if they offer it.

Very cute and ready to decorate. This premade house is very well constructed and a favorite this year since its already assembled and ready to decorate. Same price or even lower than other ones at other stores but with the ready benefit and the cute "front of the roof" factor.
