Poppi delivers a unique soda experience that combines bubbles, flavor, and benefits. It was born out of a love for soda and a desire to make it better. Founded by husband and wife team, Allison and Stephen Ellsworth, in their Dallas, TX kitchen, Poppi was created as a solution to Allison's health issues. Recognizing the health benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar daily, but disliking the taste, they started experimenting to make it more palatable.
Winning Formula
The winning formula turned out to be a blend of apple cider vinegar (ACV), real fruit, seltzer, and natural/plant-based sweeteners. This unique combination of ingredients resulted in a soda that was not only tasty but also beneficial. The homemade sodas became so popular among friends and family that they were taken to the local farmers market in Dallas, eventually landing a Shark Tank deal.
