So Worth It

This is really a great game for anyone. You don't have to know anything about pokemon to play and enjoy this game. I will br honest, I wasn't to going to get it when I first hear it announced, after watching some gameplay of it I was sold and had to have it. There are things you may get stumped on but if you just play through the game/story i'm sure you will figure it out, maybe put the game down and come back to it, you might figure it out then.

60 hours in and Filo the gamer has spoken haha

If you like games like Stardew valley, cult of the lamb, and animal crossing you will enjoy this game. It brings the world building aspects of those games and the cuteness of Pokemon to create this goofy little masterpiece. It's based on real time if that bothers you but the game has a way of balancing your impatience later on. If you are looking for stunning 4k cinematic visuals go somewhere else this does not have that at all. In its place is a solid although child like its well rounded like obviously it was meant to appeal to younger audiences as well but it doesn't have that “only kids will play this so go meh on the graphics” feel. This game just screams comfort corner. Maybe even the future of cottage core gaming haha just kidding… or am I?
