I happened to be at Sam's at 8am open for a different reason. I noticed a line and was confused as to why. As I was going inside, I realized that everyone in line to get into the store at open was there for a Pokemon drop. Everyone was buying two at a time (the limit) and some were upset that they couldn't get more. My 8 year old son and my husband love Pokemon so I went ahead and bought one. They were thrilled this evening when I gave them their surprise and opened up the packs like it was their birthdays. Thanks!

Great pack

This isn't about the product but about Sam's crappy website that glitched/froze up so many times that I was not able to make a purchase! If you're going to run these specials for your Plus members maybe you should make sure the website will accommodate all the people and not crash!

Sam's website sucks!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Sam's Club Plus member drop on March 17th at 11 PM EST.

I logged in early, was ready, and the moment the items went live—nothing but error messages. After multiple attempts, I finally managed to add both available options (which were already limited), only to get hit with an “out of stock” message less than 10 seconds later during checkout. Seriously?

This feels completely misleading. What's the point of advertising exclusive early access for Plus members if the system can't handle it or inventory is basically nonexistent? It comes off as a bait-and-switch rather than a real opportunity to purchase.

Fix your website, fix your inventory transparency, and stop wasting your customers' time.

What a Scam

Update system to get a queue going like the rest of the world. It's silly to think people have different tips and tricks on how to check out… just how to check out on a crashing site. It should be, it's your turn, add to cart, check out. You know, like a normal transaction would go.

Do a better job of letting real people buy and not bots! This is the second time this has happened and the app has crashed! This is unacceptable and should have been handled differently! This makes me want to close my account and get refunded for my membership!

how hard is it to at least have SOME form of bot protection, I know Walmart doesn't CARE, because y'all are making your money, but if you actually care about you consumers, you'll fix this ASAP, because Sam's and Wal-Marts online drops are complete JOKES. STOP LETTING BOTS TAKE THE MAJORITY OF YOUR INVENTORY.

The same club in spring field has a rigged system. I don't know who or what is doing it but I see the same people with the same issues as I am having the same starts for pokemon cards and you try to buy them and it crashes. Yet after ten minutes of trying the product is gone. There is something shady about the Sam's in the Springfield area and someone from corporate needs to address it. I will not rest until this is fixed

Sam's Club does not have enough for all their   members called their system over loaded drop lot of good people out their could even order and got on at 8pm as was told by their customer service sad that they don't have this product for all their   member will not be shopping at Sam's Club again to do customer service laughed at me and did nothing to make this right and will not be able to get this product again Sams is a joke

Bad reviews for Sam's Club   members

Its already hard enough to get the product  and to be able to get a set and for it to be received damaged its diabolical i reached out to customer service and was told nothing can be done even with pictures and yes 3 of the packs are bent. It is not allowing me to post pics but customer service got my pics

Destroyed

I had the product in my cart and went right to checkout. After I placed the order it gave me an alert that the product was no longer available. Go figure. I'm sure only family and friends of Sams Club employees were able to get the items. Simply trash. This is why nobody trusts Sam's Club.
