Purchased for a 70" TV.   The stand is sturdy and well built.  70"  TV  must be mounted on the beam and according to directions cannot be placed directly on the stand.  Did not realize this when purchased the stand but really like having it mounted.  It can swivel for better viewing from different areas of the room.  Would definitely purchase again.  Pieces in the box are well wrapped for shipping.

well worth the money

This is a great TV stand. The top is solid wood, something that is rare these days. It did take awhile to put together but everything is well labeled, and the directions are easy to follow. This is a very well made stand and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

Good for a living room

T.V. Stand and shelving

The tv stand is sturdy and looks great. A few screws were stubborn but went in ok. I did not assemble with any power tools, but suggest an Allen wrench adapter on a screwdriver. No chips and the wood looks like the picture. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Tv stand review

Table came reasonably quickly, does what I needed it to do. Only complaint is one corner of the wood top section was mashed. Box is very heavy, and so delivery folks were rough with box; as it is heavy, corners need more reinforcement.

Decent stand

Ordered online. When it got here. The box was so damaged. Looked like it was tossed down three flights of steps. I can only imagine the shipper being at fault. They sent a replacement. Shipping  still was rough on the box, but not like the first one were it looked like swiss cheese. Tried putting the replacement together.  The holes didn't line up. The some screws stripped going in. Wasn't machined to well. The top piece that is the spine didn't fit into the bottom that connects to the stand to hold the tv. Sending back the replacement  as well. I wish the shippers and ones building this took more pride in their work.

3 in 1 TV stand with mount

Box was damaged, but decided to put it together. Some damage on back, but then last piece of glass was completely shattered. Now they want me to put it back into the box for return. Have chatted twice and was told Management would contact me, but they did not.

Damage and Ignored.

Both glass shelves arrived broken.  I called Whalen for replacements, like the card inside the box said to do, but they said they wouldn’t send out the shelves, that I needed to return the stand to Sam’s.  I already had the stand assembled and the box broken down and discarded when I discovered the shattered glass shelves.  I just kept the stand because the odds of getting one without broken glass shelves are too high due to the poor packaging by Whalen.

To start off, the pieces didn't fit together properly. The legs have scratches on them. There is one bolt/screw that is misthreaded and wont go into the back into the middle shelf. It looks ok from a distance, but I am a perfectionist, and it doesn't suit me. After working on it for 4.5-5 hrs, i called customer service and was hung up on. Im sure i was rude bc he was rude as well.
