Mixed this spice with mayo for dressing on roast beef sandwiches (using Sam's mini croissants), & called it ‘fennel aioli' (even though the fennel is very subtle). The crowd went wild!  Bought on a whim— certain I'll find other uses for it.

Bold flavor. Versatile mix.

Fantastic blend - it really gives a full bodied flavor without the strong “licorice” (aka Fennel) flavor. My family and I really don't care for strong fennel flavors but this really hit it out of the park. We use our own canned tomatoes and this really creates a full bodied sauce. If your on the fence I would definitely buy it and try it for yourself!

The packaging is beautiful, and simple. Easy for storage. It did stay fresh once opened, and it has a nice aroma. I just not care for the taste
