About this item

Product details

Made to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen, the restaurant line of cookware delivers serious performance and durability. An aluminized steel wok conducts heat rapidly across its cooking surface, resulting in quick searing of foods as you cook. The premium ceramic nonstick coating is very durable and made to withstand a lot of use, and contrary to popular belief, you can brown foods in a nonstick wok. The riveted handle features a sleek stainless steel handle. For gas, electric, glass top and induction stoves. Proudly made by Nordic Ware, a family owned company.

Very nice wok!

This wok seems to have great heat distribution. It is s pretty lightweight design. The nonstick surface has helped clean up. The handles can get hot during use, so be careful. The packaging was subpar. The long handle was poking out of the box. The good news is that it didn't seem damaged from the poor packaging.
