They are Spicy, thats the appeal!

These noodles sre excellent gasting and they take only 3 minutes to prepare! I usually open the top, put half of the dry ingredients in (vegies & spices) I set the microwave for 2 minutes take it out add the other half of the dry spices. the last minute of cooking I open the chilli package and stir it in the mix while its steaming hot!! I can eat it any time of day or nite, they are that good!!

Good eats. While these bowls or any ramen are not healthy with the massive sodium content, they are delicious. I like that the spicy chili oil comes in a package as well, so the spice level is where you want it. These are great for a quick lunch. I try to limit myself but may eat this 2 times a week for lunch. Buying them in bulk is great because I can stock them in my desk at work. I sometimes add my own ingredients, like lime juice and fresh cilantro, maybe some diced tomato for a little extra. The spices come with dehydrated cilantro in it but the fresh make the flavors really come out. Best instant type (3 minutes) ramen bowl around for me.
