It appears like this is a new product for Ninja. Prior to my purchase almost every review, on every site, was from someone who received a free pan in order for them to review.  I saw the Sam’s ad and went to the store to check the set out in person. Sadly all the boxes were sealed and I couldn’t touch them. I researched and researched and decided to take a leap. The only other place I saw them for sale had glass lids while the Sam’s set has metal.  Hmmm, another decision.  Since the other site was much more $$ I went with the sale set at Sam’s. 
WOW am I thrilled with my choice!  I could not have predicted how awesome these pots and pans are.  I am totally enamored with the set and the price.  Love love love them!  I could not be more pleased!  I have cooked with several of them and have had zero issues with heating, cooking or cleaning. They are really sturdy and slightly heavy and I love the extra side holder to help my old self lift them easier. I made a recipe in the biggest pan using a metal spatula to stir it and noticed some mild scratching on the pan interior (see photo). I don’t really care about the scratching as I bought these to use, not to display. 
I added a few photos to address a couple questions I had: the handles are solid and mostly rounded and the little side thingy for stacking is big enough to use to help grasp the pan. Additionally on the inside of the lid knob there is a little plastic ring that locks one lid into another for stacking. 
These are the most awesome pans I’ve ever owned! I can’t wait for Ninja to sell these individually so I can add one more small pot to my collection. 
If I encounter any problems I will come back and update this review.

Worth every cent

LOVE THEM!!!  Years ago I had a set of Copper Bottom Revere Ware. Stupidly gave them away for "prettier" ones. I've had a few different sets (4, I cook a lot) since then. Tired of replacing them because they peel or chip. (My Revere set is still being used.) I wanted another set. After a lot of searching, I decided to try these. They are really, really nice. They heat evenly. They are solid. They wash up really nice. They stack very nice. And I'm not using plastic utensils, so I don't scratch and make them peel or chip. There is no worry. I think I found my forever pans finally!

Finally Found My Forever Set

Its a learning curve coming from Teflon nonstick but it cooks so much better. Just have to use a little oil to prevent sticking and the information included in the box gives tips to keep it looking shiny

Very well made set

A MUST is heat the pan up, put fat,  oil what ever you choose, then put in meat and let it crust before moving. Bon ami for cleaning. Love them. Small learning curve.

Quick how to

These are very solid and heavy bottom pots and pans. Great for the price and the switch to stainless has been less painful than I anticipated. I will say a vent in the lid would make them perfect but not worth taking off a star.

Great set!

Have had these for a few weeks and we love them. Easy to cook and clean up pretty easy. The stacking of everything for storage is a huge plus for us. These seem like they will last a long time. I recommend these for the money.

Love them

I just started using this but so far love it. I like the heavier weight. I'm not fond of light aluminum. I am using these on an induction cooktop and they wirk perfectly. Cleaning has been goid by hand. Dishwasher gets installed today so expect that to be fine. I highly recommend. Got a great deal from Sam's Club.

I love these pans!  I am planning to buy a second set for my other home and have gifted a set to my daughter. Once you learn how to cook on them (heat up to close molecules in steel then add oil/butter) they give an incredible sear. They are very heavy which I love and to clean just soak them in water after they cook and give them a quick wash. Use bar keepers friend if you have other issues but I rarely have to use this. I will never go back to non stick cookware.

Great pans!

I purchased this cookware set a month ago, and overall, we are quite satisfied with it. However, there is one flaw in the design: despite being labeled as commercial grade, the lids still use plastic, which is a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we have been pleased with the cookware so far.

Commercial-Grade with a plastic ???

These are low quality stainless pans. Pans cook fine as long as you preheat and grease correctly, but we’ve had ours for only a couple months and some of the handle rivets have started to come loose. We got these for free from Ninja as warrant replacements for their truly awful Never Stick pans. But there really aren’t any better quality. Spend your money on pans from a company that knows how to make them.
