Bought after comparison to Roomba 150.

I bought this Mova robot for my wife, even though she was wanting me to get her a Roomba; but after deep comparison shopping, I was sold on the Mova E40. That robot did not disappoint! It's an excellent vacuum and mopper. Our wood laminate floors stay looking immaculate! Very wise choice!

Do not Buy for use on Carpet

Purchased the unit in may of 2026, ran great for about 2 weeks then the LIDAR failed on it shipped it back to Mova to be repaired. While the unit was out to be repaired there was no contact from Mova about where they were with the repair then randomly toward the end of July it showed up on my porch. They didn't provide any shipping which had me annoyed since we were on vacation the week before. Set it back up only to have it start giving me a main brush entangled fault every time it tried to run on carpet, which is what 95% of my upstairs is where the vacuum is located. Contact them again and explain everything that I have tried to correct the problem and they want me to ship it back to them. I explain that I would like a replacement unit and will send the old unit back once I have the replacement which I hey did not want do but after a longer then should have been necessary conversation I was able to get them to agree. It took them several weeks to send the replacement were they sent me several emails apologizing for the delay, but that they were having sourcing issues. Final received the replacement unit. The middle of the week of August 4th and due to my schedule was not able to setup the new unit and get the old unit shipped back to them fast enough that I received an email the following Monday asking why I had not sent the old unit back and informing me that if I do not send it back I will not be eligible of customer service in the future. I explain my schedule and that I will not be able to ship the old unit back until Saturday. I get the new unit setup and it runs fine for 2 day and then starts to fault every time it runs. To summarize their customer service is a joke and the E30 model is trash. If you plan on having this unit mainly run on carpet don't buy it
