Do not refreeze thawed lobster. Store thawed lobster in the refrigerator and use within two days. Boil (Preferred Method): Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Gently add tails to water and boil for approximately 5-7 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place tails on grate and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Baste tails frequently with melted butter during grilling. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (200°C). Place tails on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in center of oven for 15-18 minutes. Lobster is cooked when meat is opaque and internal temperature reaches 145°F. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. <h3>Meal Idea - Lobster Mac and Cheese (4-6 Servings)</h3> Ingredients <ul> <li>3-4 Member's Mark warm water lobster tails&nbsp;</li> <li>1 cup breadcrumbs</li> <li>4 tbsp. Member's Mark unsalted butter&nbsp;</li> <li>2 tbsp. all-purpose flour</li> <li>2 cups Member's Mark whole milk</li> <li>2 cups Member's Mark shredded sharp cheddar cheese</li> <li>1.5 cups shredded gruyere cheese</li> <li>1/3 cup Member's Mark shredded parmesan cheese</li> <li>2 tbsp. mascarpone cheese</li> <li>1/2 lb. pasta (cooked according to package directions)</li> <li>Salt and pepper, to taste</li> <li>2 tbsp. fresh chives, for garnish</li> </ul> Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and cook lobster tails according to package instructions.&nbsp; 2. When cool, remove lobster meat and dice. Set aside. 3. In a bowl, melt half the butter and pour over breadcrumbs. Stir and set aside.&nbsp; 4. In a large saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium-low heat. 5. Add flour and whisk, for about a minute. 6. Pour into a bake dish and top with reserved lobster meat and breadcrumbs.&nbsp; 13. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, for about 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh chives.&nbsp; 14. Serve immediately.

I picked up these lobster tails to surprise my wife on her birthday. They were prepared and grilled along with some filet mignon. I didn't have any difficulty in preparing them.

Birthday surprise

The tails are not too big which is good for pairing with another entree such as steak or chicken. Otherwise two lobsters will fill any person. The taste is great and they are quick to cook.

Great tasting

These were impressive! The size and taste were worth the price. We had our own steak and lobster dinner at home.

Top Notch

These were absolutely delicious!  I baked them in the oven to 140 degrees internal temp and served with butter.

Perfect Size Tails

This lobster tail four pack was the perfect quantity for a great value for our Christmas eve family dinner. The lobster was sweet and succulent. Can't Beleive the price!! A win!!

Lobster Tails

The price was good and the lobster was good but I prefer the cold water lobster. To me has better flavor

Good deal

3 of the 4 tails were edible and very good. The 4th was all mush when cooked and could not be eaten. Since we both wanted 2 tails it kind of ruined the dinner. I believe that compensation is in order.

I’m not sure if I’ll purchase these again.

The label said these were processed from March 2025 and good until 7/2027. Unfortunately when we thawed them, the shells were soft and the flesh was mush. Not good lobster tails at all. We were very disappointed

Save your money

I thought these lobster tails lacked flavor. The package cost over $60.00 and I would not recommend this product, at all.

Disappointed Lobster Fan

Miss the lob tails we used to get that were 1+ pounds each. These stink. 2 hours from the coast but no matter. Sams insists on going smaller and generic wherever possible.
