Member's Mark Vitamin D-3 Softgels, 5000 IU 400 ct.

I had a D3 deficiency a few years back. Started this 5000 IU and 6 months later was tested again and my level was up to mid range.,...I can't remember the exact levels as it's been 3 years or more. I DO remember it didn't raise it so high it was extremely elevated but just where we wanted it to be. Whatever else is in it, soy etc. is not something I'm bothering with at this moment. I'm not up to date on soy. Not allergic but Lord only knows what they will prove next.

Taking for Vit D deficiency. I take it daily. I feel much better. My family noticed big difference in my energy, movement. I was very sluggish before. A TIP for those with hair growth issues. When I started taking 10000 a day and boy did my hair start growing. I had hair where I had not in 5 years. This was a happy surprise. If you are deficient it will take its toll energy, hair, mood etc. People are inside most of the day and do not get enough sun Vit D. Dr. said most people have some deficiency from being in side so much. Just my experience, hope this helps someone.
