Member's Mark Vitamin D-3 Softgels, 5000 IU 400 ct.

Taking for Vit D deficiency. I take it daily. I feel much better. My family noticed big difference in my energy, movement. I was very sluggish before. A TIP for those with hair growth issues. When I started taking 10000 a day and boy did my hair start growing. I had hair where I had not in 5 years. This was a happy surprise. If you are deficient it will take its toll energy, hair, mood etc. People are inside most of the day and do not get enough sun Vit D. Dr. said most people have some deficiency from being in side so much. Just my experience, hope this helps someone.

I have been using Members Mark vitamin D-3 5,000 IU for many years now. I rarely get sick and if I do I am never sick as long or as bad as everyone else. I am allergic to the sun so this is the only way that I can get the main D-3 that I need. I used to always get very sick any time there was a bug that was going around and I would have a very hard time getting over it. I almost always had to go on antibiotics. I am very thankful for this vitamin! You can't beat the price for the quality and quantity either!
