Before your flowers ship, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, this is absolutely normal! Just follow these simple steps for proper rehydration and watch them bloom to their fullest potential.

  1. Unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival.
  2. Fill a clean container/vase with fresh, cool water.
  3. Using sharp scissors or garden shears, make a 45-degree angle cut at least 1-2 inches off the end of the stems.
  4. Place the flowers in the prepared container or vase. Arrange as desired.
  5. Allow your flowers to properly hydrate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container. Leaves will rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower's life.
  7. Re-cut the stems and refresh the flower food and water every two days.
  8. Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near fruits, heat and drafts.
  9. Remove wilting flowers at any time to prevent bacterial growth.

Delivery, Substitution and Cancellation Information

Sam's Club utilizes FedEx or UPS for overnight priority deliveries. You'll receive an email with a tracking number the day before your delivery date, which can be tracked online or via your SamsClub.com account. Ensure someone is present on the delivery date, with metropolitan area deliveries between 8am-12pm and rural or suburban ones between 8am-4:30pm. Delays may happen due to weather or US Customs holds. Although overnight shipping is used, allow at least 7 days for handling and shipping. No deliveries occur on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, and they are unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

These came in beautiful. Held up beautiful in my daughter's gad party bloom bar. Sadly they seemed to not be all that popular due to the blooms being closed. I have plenty left over and they are blooming now and look amazing! Like the other review stated, maybe order a few extra days before your event.

wonderful lilies. great value! each stem has 3-5 blooms. So many lilies in the box! worked great with Premium Ecuadorian Roses and white Gypsophila

Came very well wrapped, boxed and fresh. I would recommend ordering at minimum 5 days before your event to give time to open. we went with 2 days, as recommended, but many were still closed. Still pretty with the green pods, but a bride who was looking forward to bigger blooms.
