Member’s Mark Insulin Syringes are used for the subcutaneous injection of U-100 insulin (indicated by the orange cap) in the treatment of diabetes. Syringes may be used in sterile conditions, one time with a single patient. Reusing single use products bears potential risks for the user. Impairment of materials and sterility associated with reuse may lead to illness, damage or death of patient.  

Syringes should not be re-used after one injection and should be disposed of properly in an approved sharps container. Syringes should not be used if the package is damaged. 

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and humidity. For patients who mix two types of insulin, do not change 1) the order of mixing prescribed by your physician, and 2) the model and brand of the syringe without consulting with your physician or pharmacist.
