<p>Make your next holiday meal extraordinary with our Member’s Mark Whole Raw Turkey. Our all-natural turkeys have never been given hormones or steroids and have never been treated with antibiotics with 24g of protein per serving. Each turkey has its own pop-up timer to let you know when your birds reach the perfect cooking temperature. These delicious birds are only available for a limited time, so be sure to add one to your basket today. Nothing says holiday like a traditional turkey!</p> <h3>No Antibiotics Ever</h3> <p>Our turkey is crafted with no antibiotics ever, the most rigorous antibiotics claim. This assures our members that no antibiotics have ever been used while raising turkeys. The product contains no MSG, artificial flavors, or colors, ensuring a natural taste. Additionally, no hormones or steroids have been added, reflecting our dedication to wholesome ingredients. While there is no intentionally added gluten in this product, it is manufactured in a facility where gluten-containing ingredients are present, making it potentially unsuitable for those with severe gluten sensitivities.</p> <h3>Instructions</h3> <p>Place turkey in sink with cold water. Change water every 30 minutes to allow 1/2 hour per pound to thaw. Cold water thawing requires more attention. Once thawed, food must be cooked immediately. Cook whole turkey at 325°F until your meat thermometer registers at 165°F when inserted into the thickest part of the thigh and breast. Juices should run clear.</p> <h3>Basic Roasting Guide</h3> <p>1. Remove turkey from bag and remove giblets and neck.</p> <p>2. Place whole turkey, breast side up, on a roasting rack inside a shallow roasting pan.</p> <p>3. Brush turkey with melted butter, vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray and season as desired.</p> <p>4. Roast at 325°F according to the chart below.</p> <p>5. If turkey becomes golden-brown before it is fully cooked, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Cut a hole in the foil to view the pop up timer.</p> <p>6. Turkey is done when a pop up timer has popped and a meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers at least 165°F in the deepest part of the breast and thickest part of the inner thigh. For optimal eating it is recommended to cook until 170°F in the inner breast and thigh. 7. Remove from oven and allow the cooked turkey to stand for 20-30 minutes. To my surprise I accidentally ordered a Thanksgiving Rooster from the farm and not a turkey. A Thanksgiving Capon if you will.
 My families an “OG, never steer from tradition type family” so to my dismay, it was a no go on the farm Rooster “Al Capon” Now, out of sheer panic the night before the big day- I had to run to Sam’s- found this turkey and left it on my brothers door step for him to cook up.
 This was actually really juicy and tender. I’d buy this every year. 
It did have a bruise on its breast the size of a nickel, but that could’ve been from me punching it out of excitement that I actually find a turkey.

I knew when it said 16-24 pounds I was risking both a 16 or 24 lb bird lol I got a 23.3 pounder! My husband deep fried it with love and Cajun goodness and it was devoured and adored by all!

Jumbo turkey legs

This was the best turkey me or my wife have ever had!  Brined it, injected it, smoked it and wah la, perfection and moist as could be.  Taste was phenomenal!

Best Turkey Ever!

Best ever! Low brine do takes mind well. Name Brand ones have higher levels of salt and fong turn out as well.

This turkey was the centerpiece of our Thanksgiving meal. I am not a fan of turkey but this bird was excellent. Great price and great taste! I did soak it in saltwater for several hours and my wife seasoned the outside. I made the stuffing and stuffed the turkey. Was a fine meal for sure.

Great taste, juicy and tender~

Nice turkey for the price. I've cooked a lot of turkeys and did this one the same method, but it did seem a little tough, not dry. It's was juicy and looked great. Could have been me, but the cook was pretty on point.

I did not like the taste of this turkey at all.  Although, other members of my family thought it to be good. The meat tasted like it was injected with something sweet, which I found to be distasteful.

Funny Tasting Meat

This turkey was tough and stringy. Didn't produce of pan dipping for gravy. It ruined our Thanksgivings meal. Never again will I buy a fresh turkey from Sam's.

Not again

Worst turkey i have ever purchased.  Very tough and dry . I have been purchasing turkeys for 45 years and never had one this bad.
