Region

The Cotes de Provence region sits on the southern end of France and is nestled by the Mediterranean Sea. The combination of sun and salty sea air provide a haven for grapes to grow and produce the finest rose wines in the world. Provence roses are known for being light, crisp and dry and this wine demonstrates all three notes. Ripe fruit notes mix with citrus flavors for a refreshing palate.

Serving Tips

This wine is best served between 40–55° F to lift the aromas and highlight the acidity that makes these styles crisp and refreshing. Chill the bottle in a standard refrigerator and remove it about 10 minutes before serving. Keep chilled in between glasses. Serve in a stemmed wine glass and enjoy within a week of opening for maximum freshness. For a fun little flair, add frozen fruits to your glass to keep your wine chilled – strawberries and raspberries are the perfect accompaniment!
