We recently started using this product for our pulled pork sliders. The last time we had a larger than normal catering and I called ahead to make sure the inventory would be in stock. It was there and I received my rolls, however, they had no idea what I was talking about and my name was no where to be seen showing I had reserved them. This indicates to me that I "lucked out" and they had the inventory. I LOVE this product, but it remains to be seen whether we can continue using it if acquiring them on the day needed is going to be "iffy"
