I made various sandwiches ( pulled pork, ham salad, chicken salad) using them, topped with ham & cheese broiling them, also tried toasting each half for breakfast they ate with peanut butter/ butter/jam. We love these little brioche slider buns. Besides burgers, they're perfect for a small sandwich, too. We often use them with the Sam's chicken salad (delicious!), tuna salad, cheese, what have you. Bacon or sausage, egg and cheese, and you've got a tasty breakfast sandwich . Good size for small appetites. Would be great in a kid's lunchbox, too.
