I had been eyeing this product since seeing it in my local club. It really is beautiful and I would like to praise the Sam’s buyers for procuring such high quality and lovely decor. The price was intimidating, but I realized if I were to purchase something like this at another retailer it would likely be double the price. 

It is very heavy and you wont be able to repackage it in original packaging for storage due to the cardboard and foam not really being reusable. If and when I finally take it down, I think I will have to just bubble wrap it. 

It was shipped to my houses and while the box had some wear and tear, the product was unblemished. 

My only criticism is the speaker is a little tiny. I do fully intend to enjoy this for many more years to come.

Love the Nutcracker

This is the second set of nutcrackers I've purchased from this Sam's , and I really love them. The lights aren't as bright as the ones I bought last year, but I appreciate that this set has an on/off switch. The added music feature is a nice touch, and I like that you can control the volume. Now if I could just get the two to sync together, that would make them perfect!

He's HUGE, he's very heavy, he came in a really big box and took some team effort to take out the box. He is worth the value, a handsome fella. I love the volume knob but just wish he could play the entire Christmas song, not just a few seconds.

I Love Him

I ordered two nutcracker items. They both came intact and meticulously wrapped. They're perfect for me!

Unfortunately, not one store in Utah carried the Black/African American Grand Nutcracker, they've completely ignored an entire community of people. It's currently on sale across the continental United States but if I purchase it online I'll have to pay the full price.

Missed opportunity

When I received my nutcracker black man,  I  didn't realize how heavy it was, it was left by the mailbox where I live. We are seniors  both my husband and I  and we are on the third floor  which made it very hard on our back. One we got it in our apartment  and out of the box itself, it wouldn't power up at all. What a bummer for us that was. I try using the  website but couldn't get anyone to help us. Because we are seniors we will just sit it outside on our patio  unless  Sam club  could send someone out to our place to fixed it. When you pay over 350.00 plus it should be working.

A default product.

I called for price adjusted because i paid regular price and item was mark down to 158.00 right after i purchased them. Supervisor was very rude and hung up on me because I made him aware how unfair this was to shop at different clubs and the prices are different. He stated i can only get one price adjusted per member after buying 5 nutcrackers. I really learned my lesson this year about buying Christmas items from Sam's. The nutcrackers are very nice but giving a hard time about a price adjusted is not fair at all.

This is a nice statue but not worth the headache. Awesome that Sam's offer free delivery for something this size but after 2 replacement's both shipments arrived severely damaged. Box and package materials are inadequate to protect something like this while shipping and handling. Don't waste your time it will arrive damaged.
