Missing cushions

We just picked ours up today, so we've not been able to actually use it. We received the 3 boxes everyone is describing, all were sealed %26 in good condition. All boxes were packed to the brim. But, we are missing 4 of the back cushions! We should have 6 bottoms and 6 back cushions. I honestly don't know where the other 4 could have been packed, but we definitely need them. I'm calling tomorrow. Anyone else have issues with cushions missing? And, if you received all 12 cushions, where in the world were they in the packing? The bottom cushions were sealed in plastic bags. The 2 back cushions were each in a box.

This is a great deal! The love seat pieces rock which was a fun surprise. I could see myself sitting and chatting with friends and family for a while. The fact that the chairs also swivel is a great feature. Seems like these pieces would fair well in the weather well and be easy to clean.

Love the set. Straight forward assembly. Only needed to assemble the Fire Table and attach the base to the two chairs. Both loveseats were already assembled. Warning: The 3 boxes are huge. I could barely fit them in a large rented Home Depot cargo van.
