    Online Optical Experience was Poor

    The frames are a bit thin but look good. The buying process was terrible. I wanted to get measurements at the store, but on my first trip they refused to do measurements if I was going to buy online. The online measuring tool is not precise and gave me bad measurements according to my eye doctor and the store. The PD number can be manually entered, but the segment height cannot be entered or changed. I am returning the glass (don't you dare try to return them to the store because they will not help you), and after trying to get help in the store and online, I will be purchasing my glasses elsewhere. Sam's online and in store act like two different companies that don't get along and leave the customer in the middle to sort out to to get the best service and price.
