Right off the bat I have to say that this would be a dream come true for a young child.   A little place just for them.   It has lights and pockets inside for your important books etc.   I showed the pictures to a coworker and she plans to order one for her granddaughter today.  

The pod is well made and sturdy.  My husband at 6’1” and 195lb. was able to fit into the pod.   This pod will take up a lot of room measuring roughly five feet by five feet square.  My understanding is that the hanging frame is not recommended for outdoor use.    

Set up was pretty easy but the instructions / labeling of the hardware left a bit to be desired.  We had to use deductive reasoning on some of the hardware.   There were times two people made the assembly much easier.   One person might struggle a bit with the opening the locking carabiner and holding the pod in the other hand to clip the ring into it.

Wish I had one when I was a child.

It took about an hour for my husband to put together. He was giving me dirty looks while doing it. Parts weren't labeled and steps seemed to be out of order. He did say parts were very strong and sturdy. He's not sure how well the tent/cushion will last. It has a 350lb capacity and a one child rule. My grand daughter (2 years old) naps in it and my 20 year old son got in it and loved it, too.

Child Hanging Pod Chair

Bought this for my 5 yr old Granddaughter for her birthday. Granddaughters love it. Her and big sister slept in it that night. Now she wants one of her own! Love the lights so they can read.

Great for readings,seeping or just a hide out.

This cozy hanging pod is great for kids! They can use it to relax, read and even take a nap. It is very comfortable because it has a soft cushion and it gives kids the privacy they may be looking for. Instructions are easy to follow and it was easy to put together.

Love this cozy pod.

LOVE IT!!   I was worried that my 11 year old who is like 5ft 5in. would be too tall or it would be too hard for her to get in and out but not an issue at all, she loves the lights inside and she loves that she can close all the openings and be alone.

Best Swing EVER!

My 10yr. old son absolutely loves his striped pod!!! By far his new favorite hang out spot and the string lights are a BIG bonus. Durable & easy to assemble, but recommend assembling where it will be located. Took two adults to move it upstairs in bonus room from living room. Not heavy just large & awkward.

5-star Kid Approval!

This cool cozy chair could be used inside or outside. The cover that covers the entire chairs like a tent. Super cool string lights to hang on the inside to provide light. Has a weight limit of up to 350 lb. Peer comfort privacy and fun. Super simple to build.

Cool and Cozy

I did not know what to expect when I receive this product. Overall, I got to say this is a really neat piece of kids furniture. It is incredibly sturdy. My 12-year-old got in it and jumped around like crazy, and it was fine. It was fairly easy to set up. You should be sure to follow the instructions to turn the thing inside out when you put the rings inside of it, but once they are in there they don't move at all. I was afraid that potentially the hook would come off of the spring on the hanging stand, but it is very sturdy. The inside is comfortable, and my kid really enjoys it.  It was a good price and very kid friendly. Great purchase.

Cool kid pod

This is a fun, large Pod of decent quality. The only thing we've noticed that wasn't great about it was it bangs into the pole it hangs from and will also tip over if the kids hop in too fast or hard, so beware of that.

Fun but tippy

This is only my second bad review… the hideout tent portion is well put together… the base however is extremely unstable… it constantly falls over almost each time my child enters or exits it… I have to help my child in and out each time… if the upright bar is against a wall it seems a tiny bit more stable…
