The thicker the topper, the more plush "sink-in" feel you will experience. The 3-inch will provide a soft comfort with a "sink in" feeling. The 4-inch memory foam mattress topper will provide a much softer experience with a plush "sink-in" feeling. No matter what you choose, rest assured that all Lucid foam is CertiPur-US® certified for safety and performance, giving you quality foam for quality sleep. I like it!
I've never slept on memory foam, but I'm a side sleeper with sore shoulders and bought this topper based on reviews. It's been about 3 weeks now, and I'm sleeping better, shoulders are not sore, and I'm happy. I don't know the longevity of these toppers, hope it lasts a good long time. There was no odor to the foam at all. Yes, it sleeps a bit warmer, but it's not unreasonable. If you're on the fence like I was, take a chance! I'm glad I did.
Comfortable sleep in Summer & Hassle free Setup!

Like a Plush Cloud!
I was looking for a topper that would make my current firm mattress softer, and this did the trick! The 4 inches is definitely plush, so if you don't want something too plush I would choose the 3 inch topper. I also sleep so much cooler at night thanks to the gel in the topper.
