Warranty
Warranty information: Hearing Instrument Warranty Summary: Included in the purchase price of a hearing aid is a one-year repair warranty. This covers the hearing instrument and the SIE tubing, if applicable. 
Members have the option of purchasing extended warranties that would offer coverage for two, three and four years. The extended repair warranties are only available on the hearing aid products, not the Personal Sound Amplification products or custom earmold products. Warranties can be purchased up to 90 days from the original purchase date. 
Warranties cover malfunctions of any part of the hearing aid, not related to misuse of the product. Warranties do not cover the loss of an instrument or aids that are damaged beyond repair such as an aid that would require all new internal components to repair.

Great for first time buyers.

I like these hearing aids. My 1st hearing aids cost $2,400 and were very good hearing aids. I compare my Lucid hearing aids to my 1st pair of hearing aids and I am extremely satisfied with the Lucid pair. They seem to be just as good as my 1st pair. The quality so far is excellent. The price is great. They use the same batteries as my 1st pair. They operate the same as my 1st pair. So I recommend the Lucid hearing aids for everyone especially anyone buying hearing aids for the 1st time. I do not have any problems or complaints so far. Approximately 5 weeks of wear.

Don't waste your money on big name brands !

I like that you can clean the tips and that they tell you when the battery is low. I have a pair of expensive hearing aids that I had bought years ago that were giving me trouble and I did not want to spend $6,000.00 dollors to buy another pair. These will do me fine. So much for the hipe of the big guys!
