Great for deep frying!

I have a deep fryer and I normally use the peanut oil, but I was out and had canola oil on hand... what a mistake!! Due to the lower smoke point canola smoked a lot more and it burns my eyes for days because of the residue left in the house. Lesson learned, I will definitely stick to peanut oil when deep frying.
