I really like these biscoff lotus cookies. They have just the right amount of sweetness to them and have a nice crunch. I also love the fact that they're individually wrapped so they are perfect for an on the go snack. I will definitely be purchasing these again in the future.

I love these cookies by themselves but my favorite way to use them is to add on top of my cookie butter lattes I make at home. Sometimes I'll make a hot coffee to dunk the cookies or just have them as a sweet snack. They're crunchy and not overly sweet plus I never even realized these cookies are also vegan!
