Excellent product. It is true Pecorino Romano Cheese. Perfect for all our Italian meals! People, my husband and I are very picky on our foods. This one is a winner. Been buying it for several years. My favorite is my own Italian Macaroni and Cheese. Cook your Pasta, save a little water. Stir in butter till nice and creamy add a bit of water and the pecorino cheese to suit your taste. Sprinkle liberally with fresh chopped parsley or basil or both. Delish!!
