Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Features such as craft ice, and the switchable middle drawer offer options we use every day. The ability to select a volume of water is a time saver. Really nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge in January’21, and the compressor failed by mid-June. We had a repair tech come out and he replaced the faulty compressor (apparently some of this model was 
made with a compressor that has been identified as a “problem child” while other models have the good version. Of course I get the crappy one. Haha. Anyway, after all the hoopla, we now have a working fridge again, and I still love this fridge!

Huge and cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is very upset, as he now has competition with a fridge (because I love the fridge). In some reviews people have mentioned that the fridge doesn't have a lot of space for tall items. When I was stocking the fridge I ran into that issue, but I ended up moving one shelf up, turning it into a cheese shelf (because it was bite very narrow) and then I had enough space for tall items. I was surprised there no cover on the filter, it's behind a clear shelf. I thought being able to see the file would bother me, but when I put a few condiments on the shelf I no longer even noticed the filter.  We don't have a water line set up yet to go to the fridge, so I can't comment on ice or water. We had to move the fridge when it was full), and a feature I haven't seen listed before and no one has comment on is how easy it is to move even when full. My husband and I got on either side, ready to struggle with the huge fridge, but in the end I was able to move it myself with ease. I love this fridge

I've Fallen in Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the fridge for almost a year now and really like it. Love the lighted beverage, cheese and butter compartment, which makes for easy access to sodas and water. Our only complaint is the water dispenser. Now, LG may not admit this is their problem...when first installed the water from the dispenser tasted just fine. Then it came time to change the filter. Water is now virtually undrinkable. I have tried THREE filters with no success. I bought all three together so I don't know if we got a faulty batch or not. I've been changing water filters for years and I know I have installed them correctly. It's frustrating - but otherwise, we are happy with the product.

Love almost everything about the fridge...

We have really enjoyed our new refrigerator except for a few things. First we found the sizes of the condiment shelves very strange. You can’t fit a lot of the condiment bottles in some shelves. I would assume because of the ice maker placement. Next I feel like the top ice bin is small. You definitely have to plan accordingly if you’re having a few people over. You’re going to run out of ice. Lastly the craft ice maker is great… until it breaks. Which apparently it’s going to per the tech that came to replace ours. The great thing is LG extended the warranty on that particular part for 3 years so that helps. Overall we do love this refrigerator but there are a few little things.

Back and forth…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We selected this refrigerator because my daughter liked the round ice as well as a great product. It has a lot of space, which I love, but the shelves are a little to close together so I can't set my bottle water, milk or drinks in an upright position, I have to lay them down. Otherwise, it is a great refrigerator, a little pricey though.  LG thank my daughter for convincing me to buy.

Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crushed ice and craft ice dispenser work well, and we like the drawer. Not enough storage in the doors. Not enough TALL storage anywhere. Even though the device is Wi-Fi enabled, the LG skill for Alexa does not work for the refrigerator.

We’re on a first name basis with our service guy as he’s here so often. Shout out to Timothy Smith - he’s great! But we still don’t have craft ice. LG is very aware of the issue yet continues to sell the product with hoes it doesn’t happen.

New fridge, new problems

I bought this product as a replacement for my last refrigerator that could not be repaired after four attempts. It has worked as expected since I purchased it eleven months ago except for the last two months .  Two or three times a day it makes a loud knocking/thumping noise usually just before dropping craft ice. I am going to turn off craft ice to see if this condition continues. This could take up to a week or longer. We love the refrigerator but because this is our second one with issues we would not feel comfortable recommending to family or friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my French door refrigerator with the craft ice. I also loved the middle wine/deli drawer. Then after only 9 months I wake up to find it not working and everything melting.  The compressor went out.  After a week of try to get it repair it is working again.
