Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Was really worth the waiting period. Has good bright inside lighting & BEST of all is .....lots of room! I converted the middle shelf into a freezer instead of a frig drawer. I love it!  Ha! Ha! I still have not even removed the plastic covering to protect it from finger prints. It makes a lot of ice so living by myself I turn it off when full. The best LG Refrigerator I have come across. Also will go through LG warranty company instead of going through the seller .

User freiendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing this LG refrigerator for a few years now, waiting for the $$ and right time to remodel my kitchen. I was finally able to do the remodel and I'm thrilled to say that I absolutely love this fridge!  The door-in-door and the freeze /fridge option of the middle drawer are so convienient! The layout is great and there is so much room for everything that it looks half empty even when I have all loaded in all my meat, fruit, & produce.  I couldn't be more pleased with this fridge!

I had to have this!

We've had this refrigerator for over a month now and are totally happy with it! The engineering design of both the interior layout and cooling compressor is amazing. It is quiet and maintains the cold compartments and freezer. The outer door is an amazing feature. Who knew how convenient the outer door would be? It is wonderful. The shelves, and storage drawers are also very well laid out.  Thanks to South Korean designers!

Great Refrigerator!

We love our new LG 30 cu ft Frig. Deep and spacious for all size food items to refrigerate or freeze. 
The Smart Ice options is great. Deep drawer freezer makes it easier to load, find and remove items. 
The middle Frig drawer has options to chill food, more beverages, misc. items, and temp can be changed from chill to freeze option if needed for additional freezing space. 
This may be the last refrigerator we will need to buy.

I was lucky enough to have my last refrigerator for 20+ years and it was finally time to get something new. I have never had an appliance with so many great features and it changed my idea of what an appliance should be. First, there is so much room with this configuration. It fits my needs to a tee. Second, the water in my community is very heavy so the built in filter helped me get rid of my Brita. I didnʻt realize how much better ice tastes now. I love the double tab light feature that save me time openning the door to look for things and the door-in-the-door feature is ideal for those grab and go moments. So smart! Finally my wife loves the craft ice. Its perfect for her! And, again so much freezer space to work with... amazing.  We loved our old frig but you donʻt know what you donʻt know and now I am sold on our new best friend in the kitchen. Great Job LG.

The two ice makers with craft and standard cubes is creative. The conversion drawer that can be either extra refrigerated or freezer space is also unique. The issue is that after only 6 months, ice makers have already stopped working. Software and hardware have needed to be replaced. I was told they will continue to break. Getting service was also a hassle. I had to go through 3 hours of several phone calls before they would send someone out.

Great features, less than stellar functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We didn't even know that it made "Ice Balls" until we heard a crash in the bottom freezer. Unfortunately, that was the first problem with the it.  Then, the ice maker in the door stopped working all as it approached 1 year. Then, the big one, the unit could no longer keep the freezer or refrigerator at temperature. Food in the freezer thawed and we couldn't trust the food in the refrigerator so most of the items had to be thrown away.
