This replaces a similar french door Samsung that was 12  years old.  We like the inside water dispenser as it doesnt take up space like outer door styles.  This is counter depth but similar cu ft than our other that was not counter depth.  The shelves on the door are very deep and accomodate lots of items.

The only thing I would say isnt as good or better than our previous model is that the ice maker takes longer to produce ice, which we will see how it fares in the summer months.  Overall a solid fridge for our family of 4

Had the refrigerator for nearly a month now and everything works great.  Good consistent temperature and the ice maker is working well unlike my previous Samsung fridge where the ice maker had constant issues.  With the internal water dispenser, this model has lots of capacity.

I am enjoying the counter-depth fridge. I had downsized from a regular-sized fridge and was worried the counter-depth would be too small. It has a lot of storage area. The only disappointment was, there was no butter tray.

Have not had this long but so far it has been a great refrigerator.

New Fridge

This refrigerator makes our 4th LG appliance presently in our home. 
Our GE fridge had to be replaced after 2 years! This LG is so much better inside, spacious, clear bins & shelves. It has good freezer space. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the doors are thicker and hit the sides of the built in pantry and cupboard wall. It needs pulled out to allow it to open more.

Much bigger than the old side by side. Bright and easy to find things. Like the big crisper drawers and door compartments. Still adjusting shelves around to accommodate taller containers.

Nice large Fridge

Right hand door does not pull closed, needs a small push to engage. Otherwise the fridge works well and there is ample room. Finish is very nice.

Door Opening

I hated reviews that complained about problems with delivery and installation and not the product. Here I am writing one. Sams delivered our fridge on June 14th 2025. (Yes, its a 3rd party, but hired by Sams so its your responsibility) They brought it without the proper accessories to install the water and ice maker. Why deliver it at all? They also delivered an LG dishwasher without any of the accessories needed to do the installation. Again, why did you schedule the delivery without all the parts necessary for installation. The dishwasher is sitting in its box in my living room. When I  ordered appliances from that other big box store they did it all in one day. Here we are 2 weeks later , many phone calls and emails later and still waiting for someone to do something.
