Sometimes you just need a sous chef in your kitchen.  Since I couldn't find one and the dog has no interest in learning those tricks, I resorted to a treat for me...instant, instant rice.  It's a great texture, subtley seasoned and convenient.  I've used it with my summer garden stir fries and will continue to enjoy it during our winter meals ahead.

Just a Minute and a Half a Way

Easy, light and yummy!   I bought one box and we had one package with our dinner and I went back to Sam’s a couple days later and bought 5 more boxes because they were on clearance and I didn’t know if I would be able to get more later!

Great, quick rice side dish

Not as good as I thought it would be. Ok for a quick side dish. Wasn’t tasting much coconut or lime at all. Don’t think I would have noticed if I was eating this without knowing what was in it.

Put the Lime and the coconut … in the bag maybe

was on sale so thought would I've it a try. It's quick and easy. generous amount in pouch. mild flavor , but good.

Mild flavors but good

The description of Coconut and Lime caught my attention but was sadly disappointed in lack of flavor.  Rice seemed a little dryer then my liking and need something to give it flavor.  now need ti figure out what will best asd flavor to make it tasty for the remaining bags.

Not my cup of rice

I was looking forward to trying this.  It turned out to be a disappointment.  There wasn't much flavor, but the worst part of the experience was that it cooked unevenly, creating several hard, over-cooked clumps of rice.  I'm not sure what caused that.  I followed the directions.  Maybe that's why this product was on clearance at my Sam's club.

Disappointing

I was really excited to see ready made rice in coconut and lime. It should have been a delightful experience but it was terrible. The rice clumped, the coconut was not existent and the lime was lacking. The rice texture was weird. I am returning this to Sam's and asking for my money back so I can buy Uncle Ben's instead.

Not Good

I make cilantro rice all the time and thought this product could be a shortcut if I was bind or wanted to throw it in last minute. The rice smells bad and tastes worse. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was really bad!
