After heating you can add your own touch with butter, sprinkled on spices or use a liquid gold flavor packet that's included. There are 3 flavor packets. Today, I had the opportunity to try Kinder's Buttery Garlic and Herb Mixed Vegetables. The combination of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and potatoes made a delicious and out-of-the-ordinary side with dinner. The frozen vegetables cook quickly and easily in either the air-fryer or oven. Once they are cooked, you just toss them in the sauce from the included packet and they are ready to enjoy. The flavor combination can't be beat. They are a good value too. Each package contains enough vegetables and sauce for 3 meals.

So Sam's Club has this kinder's product where it's vegetables only and it's a mixture of vegetables as potatoes, broccoli brussels sprouts in it and also comes with separate seasoning and three different packets so you can add however much you want in it and also tastes very good as is or with the gold packets or however, you want to season it great for on the side on just to eat like that he's a whole family and is a great
