In 1946, World War II Navy veteran John Kinder started his own butcher shop in a small storefront in San Pablo, California. Over the next seven decades, John built a reputation for commitment to quality, family service and amazing flavors. At the age of 90, he was still showing up first and helping customers find quality ingredients to make clean, delicious meals for family and friends. At Kinder's, they carry on Grandpa John's legacy. Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30-45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
  • 1 cup Kinder’s Buttery Buffalo Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season wings with The Blend Seasoning and set aside.
  3. Oil wings and place on lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and flip all pieces.
  5. Bake additional 15-30 minutes, until wings are caramelized, and internal temperature reads 165°F.
  6. Toss wings with Buttery Buffalo Sauce and plate.
  7. Serve with ranch dip, carrots and celery sticks.
