No heat or heavy spice at all.

Since the ingredient list on food products goes from the item in the largest quantity down to the least, it's very hard to find a seasoning or sauce for BBQ that doesn't have red pepper or Jalapeno at the beginning 1/3 of that list. Thisis the first BBQ sauce we have found without any hint of heat in it. Sweet and hickory flavors without burning on the way down. It may be too bland for some, but when you have a sensitive digestion system from gallbladder removal this works great.

The fact that Kinder changed the top dispenser is why I brought it. Plan to interchange with the other Barbecue sauce I purchased for this brand. Hope they change the top on all their sauces the current ones don't work well.
