Recipe: The Blend & Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

• 3 lbs. potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat then reduce the heat to medium-high and continue to boil for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Drain the water then return the potatoes to the pot.
2. Add the cream cheese, butter and Kinder’s The Blend, and use a potato masher to mash the potatoes.
