To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. Carefully chosen, sun-ripened New Zealand grapes undergo cold-soaking prior to fermentation and treatment with Spinning Cone technology, which removes a portion of the alcohol without impacting the aroma or taste of this New Zealand white wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1% on approximately 60% of the final volume, with 40% of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level of 7%. This is a really good Sauvignon Blanc.  No bite at all and has good legs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a total hit! I wasn't sure who had tries this brand of wine but my friends and neighbors were so excited to drink up. The sauvignon blanc was my favorite, crisp yet not too sweet. I would highly recommend. Actually, I was low-key hoping for leftovers so I could sip it in peace and just enjoy it.

This is such a great light white wine! The Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc is such a great summertime wine. Everyone enjoys it and I usually have it when I entertain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be fair, it was the best low cal wine I've ever had. It was light in style and flavor was good. I wouldn't say it was full in flavor but it had some and better than others. Still tasted a bit watered down compared to an actual Sauvignon Blanc.

Give me flavor

Expecting something similar to Kim Crawford's original sauvignon blanc, I poured myself half a glass. After 3 or  4 sips, I poured it down the drain. I quickly followed with the rest of the bottle, a first for me. Love the original, not this experiment.
