If you have tried Keto ice cream you probably won’t like these because they taste nothing like keto ice cream. These are made with the same ingredients as regular ice cream except for the sweetener. I wouldn’t try them if I were you. But don’t worry, I will eat what you don’t so the company will continue to make these delicious magical keto treats.

You won’t like these…

On a whim I purchased these for the summer snack cravings. Usually there is a certain taste to anything sugar free or keto related, but not these. These were great with every bite and you can’t beat the value. Only other place I saw them sold at was a Food Lion that ran a sale 4 bars in box for $5. You can purchase these in bulk for the 12 bars at Sam’s Club and it’s still going to be cheaper than a sale like that. If you’re seeking something with less sugar, sugar free, keto, atkins or diabetic friendly, these are a great alternative to other snacks out there for 3 net carbs!

The taste is there!

With 190 calories and 15g of carbs each these must be worked into a diet. But, they are delicious and with zero added sugar are way better than "regular" ice cream confections. Even when you're keto or just avoiding added sugars (me) you want an occassional treat.  These fit the bill.

I’m almost afraid to rate this yummy delight!   It is freaking delicious!   I was not expecting the addictability of this treat!  I have one every night and do not feel a bit of guilt!!!!

Please don’t buy these out!   I love them!!

My husband loves these. When are grand children are having an Ice Cream treat he can join them guilt free. The are very delicious. You wouldn't know they were sugar Free if you didn't read the box.

Best Zero Sugar Treat

I feel like I'm cheating when I eat these but they don't seem to knock me out of ketosis. They mainly have healthy ingredients. Yes they contain erythritol and the jury is still out on that sweetener, but I think a little won't hurt.

My Favorite Keto Treat

Hands down the best keto friendly ice-cream bar. Just the right amount of caramel between the chocolate coating and perfect amount of sweetness. Ice-cream bar is so much creamier than other non dairy brands I've had that even my husband couldn't tell it was made with plant based milks. Its definitely a favorite among our family especially my 6 yr. old.

With the help from these bars, I've lost over 200 pounds. These ice cream bars are so good I hardly feel that I am on a health journey. I've consumed these bars on occasion and never had an issue with weightloss stalling. Our family will buy a box of these and consume the entire box on the way home. They are large and delicious. The reason we eat the entire box in one trip is because we live in Florida and we live over an hour away. I can't even finish 1 without feeling content but my children can down several bars each. They are so delicious. The texture is amazing. This is the only time that our family overly consumes food together and our blood sugar stays stable. We never overeat anything else.  If I would manage to ever get a frozen box home, this would last me months.  I crave a sweet about once a week. This Keto bar is so satisfying. It has amazing chocolate satisfaction. I love the flavor of everything about it.  The carmel and the chocolate work together like magic. The ice cream itself is so creamy and satisfying. I don't have to consume an unhealthy food to feel the rush from indulgence and it feels amazing.  I've lost over 200 lbs on the keto diet in less than 2 years.  I don't know how I would have handled my occasional chocolate and sweet cravings without this ice cream bar. I used to be over 450 lbs, I worked down to closer to 400 the hard way.  When I decided to actually eat a keto diet and no longer starve or deny myself, the weight was falling off and this time, my health was improving. Two years, of feeling the best in my adult life at 51, a size 12 the first time since grade school and an energy that I don't ever believe that I ever felt before. I can run circles around my old self. I actually work harder and I never get tired. I was concerned when I started binging on these bars over a year ago but I do measure my results.  My blood sugar never risen, my weightloss has never stalled, and the guilt is non-existent. I think that these keto bars are a godsend. They can help someone stay true to the health journey, they give you an amazing satisfaction without the guilt. I haven't been in the 1-- lbs "Onederland" as an adult until now. I am about 20 lbs from my final goal and these keto bars will always be a part of my toolbox of go-to foods.

A treat that’s not awful for you

Not crazy about these. They stay frozen like a rock for a long time. You have to leave them on the counter for about 20 minutes or more so they are soft enough. They are kinda bland, too.
