This food item was drained and sautéed in minimal bacon fat.  It was served for breakfast to a group of homeless people with bacon %26 eggs.   The volunteer cooks enjoyed their breakfast too.  Scrumptious meal.

Juanita’s hominy is very good, taste fresh and have the perfect texture not too hard not too soft. I made pozole and everybody liked it.

Juanita’s food white hominy

I honestly prefer this white hominy over the other kind. Tastes amazing, I used it for pozole which was delicious. You give it a rinse and it’s ready to be used to boil as instructed.
