I absolutely LOVE this sectional! We've had it set up in our family room for a few months now. It's comfortable, stylish, and so far, very durable. Honestly didn't expect this quality at this price. Almost didn't buy it due to issues people reported with delivery. Guess this company listened because our delivery was 5 stars! He brought it in, helped open the boxes, offered to help set it up, and was not charged anything extra for this service. The area wasn't ready so I set it up myself later that night. Took less than 15 minutes. Just twisted the legs in, placed the cushions on, and latched the two pieced together. No tools required!  The quality of this sectional, and the fantastic delivery service we received made this a fantastic deal!!

we recently purchased this product. we like this sofa. however, the delivery company is  a big problem. When they delivered the product, they refused to move the sofa to our living room (which it one flight up from the ground). We told the staff if they could not move it to our living room, we have to refuse the product.  They asked for extra money to bring the sofa up to our living room. We paid extra 30. Then they staff refused to setup the sofa for us. We have to set it up ourselves. It was a bad experience dealing with this white glove delivery company.

good product, poor delivery service

Love the look, but disappointed with delivery service. After waiting 3 days, they delivered this to my house without the sofa, just the chaise. I had to chat with Sam's Club Customer Service to have the problem fixed. They said in 24 to 48 hours the rest of this order will be deliver. Just have to wait and see

Missing Part

The leather and size are accurate and align with description.  Happy to get it in place but it doesn't seem well made - the arm on the chaise separated from the body of the seat within a couple of days of getting it set up - don't have a clue how to repair it either.  Frustrating.

Yes and No!

The sofa looks great, but the leather does not seem durable. We've already noticed flaking and scratches that have us doubting if this is in fact real leather.
