These were a huge hit at work. Once the office scarfed through 3 large platters of my wife’s famous gingerbread cookies, along with Linzer, Oreo-Rollos, Spritz, and various others, I turned to the sale Danish Butter Cookies (actually from Denmark, not India). Oh man, are these ever good! We've always bought the little tins of the royal brand (or whatever brand the store had) for like $3 and thought they were good but I am SO glad I tried these bc they are so much better! Seriously. These make a fantastic cookie crumb pie crust, crushed up and crumbled on top of a dessert, mixed into ice cream, dipped into real hot chocolate, dipped into eggnog, used in banana pudding instead of vanilla wafers, used in a vanilla wafer cake and just plain ol' snackin'!
