Hook Line and Savor is allergy-friendly, so we steer clear of milk, gluten, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shrimp, and sesame so everyone can enjoy their fish dinners together that is an excellent protein source as well.

Cooking Instructions
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Place fillets on baking sheet
3. Bake for 30-32 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes
Air Fryer
1. Place two fillets in the air fryer basket
2. Fry at 370°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping at 10 minutes

These Cod fillets are delicious and super convenient to make. I just heat up my air fryer and place the frozen Cod fillets on the parchment liners. When the air fryer is ready, I place the fish in and in 8 to 9 minutes they are done. They are always moist inside and crisp on the outside. In addition, they are the perfect size for a bun, or as singles on a dinner place with your favorite sauce and side dish. This is a DEFINITE restock item for me.
