This is an excellent product which taste like bacon but is convenient to cook like a slice of ham.  It has far less fat than bacon and the size of each slice is perfect for a BLT.  I hope that Sam's club will continue to stock this item even in winter because it is also a perfect size for bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits.

I love this bacon. It’s leaner, meatier than regular but has some fat. I do chop it up because the leaner areas can get hard and chewy if over cooked while the fatty areas remain soft. I like crunchy bacon so I just trim the fatty areas and let them cook longer. It taste really good.

Great taste!

Looks like Canadian Bacon with all the attributes of the great American version!  The taste, and texture makes breakfast or sandwiches worth the trouble frying/broiling it up!   With much less fat splattering to avoid, clean up is not the dreaded end to its process!  Just enjoy its bacon deliciousness!!

This is my kind of bacon!

This is bacon flavored ham slices. Very little shrinkage and a nice bacon flavor. It was great on my breakfast sandwich. I will definitely purchased again

So glad I purchased this. We are enjoying it with our breakfast and the ham is slices are cut perfect for sandwiches.  Great flavor.

Hempler's Ham really good

This is excellent. Have make so many recipes using this; bacon sandwiches, crumble bacon, soup addition, etc. The taste is superior and will spend the extra for the quality.

Better taste, better quality

High quality, flavorful bacon that enhances any recipe or is just great by itself. A great smoked flavor that tastes genuine. Whether in chicken and bacon baked Mac n cheese or loaded mashed potatoes, this one ingredient can elevate your dish.

Best bacon on the market

I purchased this because of the sample at the store, it was delicious when the sampler cooked them, however I have not been able to cook the bacon without it been tough to chew. I tried the over, the air fryer, frying pan and microwave and just will not cook for me to enjoy as a breakfast food.  I will use what I have left for adding to my pot of green beans.

Not for me

Good taste but not bacon at all. I am a chef and this is not a cut of bacon I would use for my business. It is too much ham. Doesn't crisp like people like their bacon. It's like having smoked ham and eggs when you use it for breakfast with eggs.

Gives ham vibes

The bacon was half the size.  Only one piece regular size and now the company is trying to downsize the package and charge more.  Will not ever buy again
