Please ensure your chosen spot for the shed is on high ground to avoid water pooling and leave room on all sides for painting. The build site should be free from trees, shrubs, and level within 6 inches. Check with your local municipality and/or homeowners association for any required permits and permissions before purchasing.

Professional Installation Option

For a hassle-free setup, opt for professional installation. The price includes delivery, professional installation, and a 10-year limited material warranty. Handy Home Products will contact you a few days after purchase to schedule your installation. The installation process takes 6-10 hours, and within 30 days, you will need to paint and caulk the shed for waterproofing. Please ensure access to electricity within 150 feet of the unit and a 3-foot minimum unobstructed access for installers to carry materials to the building site. Check your local HOA, zoning laws, and site dimensions for shed use and installation requirements. Site prep and foundation are not included.
