Pans that lead

I bought a set of Greenpan pots and pans for myself and I rave about them every time I use them.  I love them so much, I bought my daughter a set for Christmas.  They are absolutely non-stick, you really don't even need to use oil or butter.  Healthier in every way!

Green pans products are great

I had have them for a month already and I use them on a daily basis. I love that nothing stick on them, I use only butter and olive oil but just a little bit I don’t need to use too much. They are also easy to clean!

Best product ever!

Nothing sticks, cooks evenly

This pans are amazing for the price. The only downside is that I wish the handles were solid construction. In my opinion this gives them a "cheap" appearance. Otherwise, cooking with these pans is a pleasure. Everything just slides off the cooking surfaces and they cleanup every easily.

Need Better Handle

I absolutely love this pan. I gave it 4 stars because it is too shallow for my bigger meals. But I love it for general daily use. Sautés very well. 
The price was great for 2 pans.

Absolutely love the pan

I received my new GreenPan skillet set yesterday and used the 12" skillet to fry my porkchops last night.  
I washed the pan first and dried with a towel. 
I used a brush to coat the bottom of the skillet with Peanut Oil.  
I did NOT use any spray product as the instructions said NEVER to use spray or their pan. 
I assume this is for all nonstick pans and I will stop doing this as of now.  The reasons why are explained by them. 
I used very low hot to bring the pans up to the proper temperature before raising the heat a little for frying. 
These pans do take a bit of getting used to as I guess you would say I have been abusing my nonstick pans in the past, by not reading the directions.  
I will follow GreenPan directions for all my nonstick. 
The porkchops fried perfectly.  I had to add additional oil for the second fry of pork chops, as I used such a little amount for the first batch.  
I did not coat the pork chops in anything.  Only used garlic powder, paprika, thyme, Adolphs, and a sprinkle of AC vinegar close to the end of frying. We are on a salt restricted diet.  
If I coat the pork chops in the future I will use more oil to get a nice crip coating or for fried chicken. 
If there is anything I find negative or more positive, with regard to these pans, I will return and add to my review. 
I am extremely happy with these pans so far, and very glad I read the directions. 
4 stars as I don't usually believe 5 star ratings.
I tried to post a picture of the pork chop, but it would not add.  
If you have a suggestion of how to add a picture I would appreciate it.
