I laughed when my son said we needed those and never in a million years thought they are as useful as they are. We use them for meal prep of course on Sunday night and now I have lunches for the week all ready to go but we also use them for left overs. The different compartment sizes come in handy to accomandate the different meals or left overs we have. Refridgerator, freezer, dishwasher.. so far no problem

Awesome meal prep containers

Dishwasher and microwave safe so reusable. Not sure exactly why they say its a year supply though.  I'm assuming because you can reuse the containers. They work well for meal prepping and give options for different number of sides, etc. A good buy.

great  value for the price

Lids for round containers don’t fit causing them to open easily.  They don’t snap in place.  Contacted manufacturer & they are horrible to work with.  So sad because this is a good deal!

Lids don’t fit on red containers

This set contains a full year’s supply of 60 meal trays with 60 matching lids. There are 4 different style of containers, 3 of them have compartments for portion control and keep food separated. The 4th container is 6 x 8 inch box which is perfect for sandwiches and fruit etc.

The units can be re-used up to 10 times for additional savings. 

These units are ideal for those that prefer to take their own healthy lunches to work rather relying on fast food and junk food. Prepare food the night before and it’s “grab and go” in the morning. 

We purchased the set just before Thanksgiving. With plenty of leftovers, we used the set to separate food and store for meals throughout the week. The food stays fresh in the pre-measured compartments.

Highly recommended! The Goodcook set is well worth the small investment of less than 50 cents a tray!

The food prep containers are useful for the designated purpose.  Food Prep! I wish that the contains were more dense and supportive.  Overall, I  do like them. I appreciate that they're dishwasher and microwave safe.

Guidelines for Food Prep

Absolutely  love these meal prep containers.  The variety  of containers  made it easy  to prep different  meals and not fumble  for several  containers.  The lids are secure  and  keeps all the food  separate. They were easy  to use  in the freezer  and microwave.

Meal Prep Made Easy!

Purchased these to use as a lunch box for school lunches. They work okay but the separate compartments are not liquid tight so when you put them in a backpack any juice or liquids will run between compartments. Sent a sandwich with peaches and carrots in the white 3 compartments and ended up with a soggy peach juice soaked sandwich...

We bought these as we will cook on Sundays then prep for work and even dinner. These are however thin, so at work I put on another plate to microwave. I don't think they would last so long if you did many times.great for salads and all so work perfectly for our needs.
