The 50-gallon Good Ideas Impressions Corsican Rain Barrel with Diverter Kit is one of the sturdiest and most eye-catching rain barrels on the market. The barrel's exterior features a premium linen texture that will look elegant outside virtually any home. The top is graded and shaped to automatically divert overflow water to the front of the barrel to keep your foundation from flooding. The large downspout opening allows use with both 2 x 3 or 3 x 4 downspouts, and is covered by a soft, fine mesh, plastic screen to keep out heavy debris. Also included with the barrel are two sturdy brass spigots to install in the offset spigot locations. The upper spigot location allows a watering can to be easily filled for garden and plant watering. The included Good Ideas Rain Wizard Flex Kit Diverter System will work with most downspouts. The design is simple, and the kit includes all the needed installation tools. The diverter system not only fills the barrel from the downspout directly, but also avoids overflowing the barrel when properly installed by directing excess water back to the downspout. Installation is quick and easy. On the downspout, simply drill a hole with the included hole saw, then insert the rubber rain catch. The rain catch design allows the collection of water as it runs down the walls of your downspout while it filters out any leafy debris. Next, drill a hole in your rain barrel at the same level and insert the flanged rubber receiver. Finally, connect the diverter and receiver with the included flexible tubing.

I love the look of this rain barrel. It was easy to hook up onto our existing gutters. My only complaint would be about the spickets. The water flowing from them isn’t what you expect. It takes forever to fill up my watering canister.

I have ordered 2 of these rain barrels and non of them came with brass spigots, while it is advertised that they have brass spigots.
