What bases are compatible with this mattress? Does it need a box spring?
We recommend using a sturdy foundation or adjustable base with the GhostBed Hybrid. It does not require a box spring.
How is this mattress delivered?
GhostBed mattresses are compressed and vacuum-packed into a smaller box that you’d probably expect! This makes it much easier to deliver and bring inside your home. As soon as you unbox your mattress, it will begin expanding to its normal size, usually within a few hours to a day.
What is this weight limit for this mattress?
When placed on a strong foundation or base, the GhostBed Hybrid Mattress can support an industry-leading 750 lbs.

Urethane foam will burn if exposed to an open flame or other sufficient heat source. Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly; releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space the resulting deficiency of oxygen will present a danger of suffocation to the occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities. Once ignited, urethane foam is difficult to extinguish. Foam fires that appear to be extinguished may smolder and reignite. Always have fire officials determine whether a fire has been fully extinguished.

1st HYBRID Mattress: BLIND PURCHASE
I was wanting to get away from box spring/matress sets, but didn't want to lose the coils that a box spring provides. MUCH research along with sticker shock on many Hybrids, Sam's Club showed up on my app suggestion. Researched GHOSTBED and went for it. GHOSTBED website said to give matress 24 hours before using, others said 72 hours for the matress to reach its pre-vacuumed sealed form. Fortunately I was able to give it a week before using. It has been slept in for a week and it is PERFECT!! No midnight hip aches and paind, or body overheating has occured. I am extremely happy with this blind purchase. Would recommend if you're not wanting a soft, sqishy bed nor a hard as a board bed. It's just right for 2 adults: 140lb and 190lb

Great support for achy joints
I am happy with this purchase. The mattress was easy to unpack and it regained its proper shape very quickly. My hip and back are loving it! When I first lie down on it, it feels quite firm but in a few seconds it is perfect. It doesn’t jiggle when my husband gets up like our standard mattress did.

Just what I was looking for...
I was looking for a bed that would relieve pressure points and allow me to wake up without "pain from sleeping'. I'm 50+ and 145 lbs. So far, so good! I've been sleeping on this for two weeks and can tell a big difference. My husband (175 lbs.) and I had a Serta Perfect Sleeper - Euro Top before this. After a year, it formed two indentations that wouldn't go away. It has now been taken away by the trash collectors. Buh bye. If you're looking for a hybrid that performs like a Temper-Pedic but at a fraction of the cost - go for it! You won't regret it. If you are disturbed by the name "Ghost", just think of it as the "Holy Ghost".
