Saw a food trend on internet and decided to try it so I bought the least amount I could to be able to give it a real taste test.  It is weird but since this snack offered taste and protein with little effort, I gave it a try.  I put cottage cheese in a bowl and used it as a dip with these chips.  And I'm not mad at it.  This provides a decent protein snack when wanted.

One of the few snacks on the shelves that doesn't seem to have changed over the years except maybe in size. I'm not even sure they changed in size to be completely honest because I don't buy them enough consistently to know that maybe also it's because I'm much older now and my memory stinks.
All I know is there's still absolutely delicious. It's a fantastic snack. They still get your fingers all cheesy so you gotta be careful how you eat them, or not!!!
The only thing about these I don't like is the offensive price other than that they're great

A bag of Cheetos cheese puffs, and  class of iced down Pepsi. And I'm in hog heaven. Was in hospital in April for 10 days in ICU. I craved my Cheese puffs and a pepsi.BUT COULD NOT HAVE ANY. Iwas bribed with pepsi , if I would eat my meals, nothing tasted good to me, but if they had offered  me my cheetos, I would have maybe have eatened. I,,'m such an 82 year old brat. thank youCheetos.

I believe this product adds great flavor. and Doritos can be used  for the crunch and soft consistency. Hot or cold. salad and casserole styles of dishes.  the are also good for a fresh layered nachos  base. I apologize that I don't know exactly how this product works in the body. Buti believe it heats the body as corn will.  and I believe it helps with the process of digestion and output.
I believe it is a regulator for a good feeling .

I have been eating Cheetos all my life and I'm in my 70'S. My mom used to give them to me as a CHILD to suck on. They're always super crunchy and very tasty, consistency is excellent. Now you can get them with some flaming hot and that is terrific too. You will really enjoy these as a snack or even a meal if you're in a hurry.

Pick up you our day...

A very good chip. It could be eaten alone and it stands up with dip. Around here, my grandkids love making nachos...nachos, taco meat and cheese...about a min in the microwave and they are eating! Or on game nights, we make walking tacos to be eaten in the car. We also make them for our football parties.

I bought the small package first, not the box but the one I can do a little portion control on the larger size snack.  I got the craving Cheetos and the small size didn't last long at all and it's not one you could have shared with anyone so I said I'm going to get the healthier one the larger one I can share it with others. greater love has no man than the one who will open his Cheetos for friends!

I don't often buy name brands but some brands have a different texture and that's how it is with Doritos. They have a crispier texture I think. The Cool Ranch variety (I remember when this was a brand new flavor being advertised), is my favorite flavor. Very flavorful. They're great.

Something changed. I get these once a month. I love the taste and they are addictive but fattening otherwise I would get them more often. 
But this time the orange cheese coating didn't have much taste and were unappealing in taste. Maybe I got an off batch. I will try them again next month but if the flavor isn't back to normal then I'll be done.

Something Changed Bland Taste

Something has definitely changed about Doritos and the amount of cheese on them. I purchased a bag the other day and thought they didn't look very seasoned when I opened the bag so when I started eating them and they just seemed bland, I was not surprised. I feel like this has been the case with the last few bags purchased so not sure what changed but change it back!

Not enough flavor anymore!

It's been awhile since we have purchased Doritos due to the rising prices, but we decided to treat ourselves. Why did they change? They appear to be baked and slightly dusted with seasoning. Let's face it, we don't buy Doritos for it's nutritional content (or lack thereof) so it was disappointing to observe that the Doritos of old is no longer. Two stars for keeping the flavor but nothing else.

We won't be buying Doritos going forward unless they change back to the way they were. Sadly, we know they won't. So long!
